The 7-Minute Workout

7 minute workout

Everyone is talking about the 7-minute workout.  It’s scientifically proven!  My lazy-brain wants to believe.  Has anyone tried it yet?

Wow, this is something i should definitely try. You might need lots of determination, but we sometimes spend so many times at the gym and this seems like the ultimate solution.

i did something similar when i used to work out with a group. it's super high intensity, you sometimes feel like you're gonna die, but you feel great after. if you are consistent, it definitely works!
