It’s uncharacteristically cold at the moment (for the UAE) and I’ve been thinking a lot about my leather jacket. I’m peeved with myself for leaving it hanging in my wardrobe at home when I could be rocking it all over Dubai next weekend.
Maybe I should get a new one.
Mine is more streamlined than this one (via Fashion Toast) and I really could do with a biker-y roughed up one too, couldn’t I? Yeeeesssssssss. Rumi’s is by Philip Lim, or how about this one from All Saints:

Other things I don’t have (and could be keeping me warm): The perfect casual blazer, or this slouchy cardigan, via Expresso. Also, are top knots going to be everywhere in 2012 this like they were last year? Or is everyone bored with them now? I love them.

Converse are another thing I continue to see everywhere. I’m trading mine in for a shiny new pair of these soon. I ordered a pair of Bensimons (the French girl’s answer to Converse) on Shopbop recently, but was underwhelmed when they arrived. The size wasn’t even right so I couldn’t give them a proper chance (they are very small fitting so go up a size if you’re ordering)!
