Best of… May 11

It’s June 6th.  I’m late with my round-up again.  I’m always late.  I’m sorry about that.  But let’s just move on…

…and this oversized Topshop Jumper (via Vanessa Jackman), which I own, but don’t wear often enough…

…and this half-shirt-tuck thing (Does it have a name?).  I do this a lot.  Now that I seen it on Hanneli’s blog, I know it’s cool.

Also, did you see Rumi’s post on her favourite hair and beauty products?  I love hearing people’s can’t-live-without products and was thinking of doing my own post on this soon.

Fabulous roundup! Thanks for sharing! I'm going to have to check out the blog posts I missed.

Quick question! In your fashionable opinion, do you think you need to be wearing a belt to get away with the "half-shirt-tuck thing"?

Oh I soooooo love the outfit in the second last photo....that blouse..with the subtle ruffled collar...off the shoulder....tres feminine!

I'm new here....off to poke around some more!
Come by and visit with me too.

I'm sure I would wear each of these outfits!

Sarah, in my "fashionable" opinion, you only need to wear a belt if you are wearing jeans. Tucking into anything else sans belt is completely acceptable in my book.

Carmelina, welcome! I love newbies.

I love that oversize top shop jumper! That's my favorite! :)

The fuchsia and orange combo is interesting. I think those colors look great on the gal with the darker complexion and hair and not quite as good on the gal with the fair skin and blond hair.

I'm curious how I would look wearing those colors. :)

Sheila, it's funny you should say that as I was just talking about this with my friend. It works so much better on darker complexions. I still love that combination so much, I might have to try it on my Irish skin!

Nikki, I might just do that. I thought it was perfect when I was buying it- but now I am not so sure! It's a UK8 if you really are interested!
