Yoga made easy... love it! My favorite is the downward dog and in my yoga class we call "cobra" the upword dog... oh and i just realised im in much need of a complete sequence :)
hey doll.. good to see you're doing yoga! :) I'm a yoga instructor and I shared this image with my students on our yoga facebook group, the bunnies are so cute.. as for your question, try reading yogajournal.com.. you'll see the poses and how to get to them.. upward dog is with pushing the ground with your hands so you can lift up the torso and legs and only the upper side of your feet stay on the ground, shoulders back, neck long... Cobra on the other hand, is kind of similar but the legs are touching the ground too.. and not the entire torso gets lift up only the upper chest and shoulders and head.. and the arms are not straight, they are bent.. did I explain myself? ha.. keep up the yoga!
Ha, my dog totally stretches in both the downward AND upward dog pose. Totally dog-like ;)
ReplyDeleteYoga rules! Love it!
