The Sexy Detail

In my post on French style, I mentioned not forgetting the sexy detail.  I was reminded all over again when I spotted this on The Sartorialist last week:

I’m actually not talking about her legs (amazing, yes).  I’m talking about the t-shirt knotted at the back.  If it weren’t for those pins, your eye would be drawn to that often overlooked, but distinctly sexy body part: the small of her back.  Am I right?

    I lovelovelove what that woman did to her shirt. I feel like I need to copy this exact look now, although it won't look half as good since I have the legs of a midget. Stupid short legs.

    The knot in the back is so sexy. I lost my Sartorialist news feed in google reader and missed a couple weeks' of posts. I'm so glad I figured out what was going on and fixed it! Otherwise, I'd miss little lovelies like this. :)

    Love these. I noticed the "side boob" one a few weeks ago and loved it. I think only small chested people can pull this off though...any bigger and it would go from sexy to slutty.

    It's funny because that first picture reminds me of how I dressed when I was younger... I loved pinning my shirt back! But she pulls it off well, and it makes me wonder if I should try to pull off this look again :)
